Internal information system

In the lounge, entrance hall of the council citizens can find information about where each department is located, in which door number certain councelor is sitting, what subject is he dealing with and what are his working hours. The name of the councelor is visible on every office door,small sign ina sliding moulding(or other type). There are a lot of types of internal information system, the luxury and expensive ones (anodized aluminium, puzzle finish, multifunctional), simple ones (but fully functional and great looking) single use plastic sign. Every council should have a system like this. It is not very polite and regardful of the citizens, when they can not find the right door, right person or thez get lost. It is very bad presentation of the mayor and whole his council.
